Guide purchase terms

These terms apply to purchases of RareBeer Guides digital guides (PDF and EPUB) at www.rarebeerbrazil.com.br/en/guides. The seller is Rarebeerbrazil Imports LTDA, CNPJ 61.057.057/0001-11, Rua Teodoro Sampaio, 1765, cj. 93, Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP, CEP 05405-150, Brazil.

1. What you buy

A personal-use license for a digital guide, in PDF and EPUB formats. Nothing is shipped. Price, title, language and format are shown in the summary before payment. Payment is made by Pix or card, in Brazilian reais (BRL), through the payment provider Asaas.

2. Personal-use license

You may read the guide, keep it on your devices and print it for your own use. You may not share, resell, publish or distribute the file, in whole or in part.

3. Identification mark in the file

Each copy is generated for its buyer: name, e-mail, CPF/CNPJ and the order number appear in the page footer and in the file data. The PDF is protected against text copying and editing (printing is allowed). The EPUB carries the same identification on a license page and at the end of each chapter. Besides this visible mark, the file and its images carry invisible marks that identify the copy.

4. Delivery and download limit

Once payment is confirmed, we e-mail you a private order link. There, each format can be downloaded up to 5 times; each download link lasts 7 days, and a fresh one appears whenever you open the order page. If you need more downloads, write to customer service.

5. 7-day right of withdrawal

You may cancel the purchase within 7 days of payment and get a full refund. Just write to customer service at [email protected] with your order number. Once refunded, the order's downloads are disabled.

6. Your data

Name, e-mail and CPF/CNPJ are used only to issue the charge and your licensed copy. We do not send marketing, and buying does not create a portal account.
